Ladder 47

Unity 3D Maya Photoshop Audacity. 2009

Ladder 47 began as a desire to incorporate a wii-mote into a game design. In the game, one player controls all three apparatus on-screen, making the action hectic and hard to keep up with. The gyroscopes in the wii-mote control the hose, the B button sprays water, and analog stick on the nunchuck control the boom ladder, while the plus and minus buttons control the safety net. The object of Ladder 47 is to save the jumping victims of the fire. A ladder save scores points, a net save scores no points, and a death results in a deduction. spraying water on victims in the windows will delay their jump, allowing you more time to save them with the ladder.

The 2D drawings of the safety net and ladder were provided by Siri Ford, as well as the untextured model of the firehose. Wii-mote integration was possible using a modified version of Darwin Remote in Unity 3D.
